Moorii Cichlid (Cyrtocara moorii)
Nicknamed the "Blue Dolphin" for its massive body and bulging forehead reminiscent of a cetacean, the Moorii Cichlid is a majestic fish with a sky-blue coat. It stands out for its graceful swimming and calm demeanor, making it an excellent choice for large Malawi aquariums. It is a peaceful species, often dominant without being aggressive.

Tips:
Keep in a spacious aquarium (minimum 400 L) with an open decor, a few rocks, and a sandy substrate. It enjoys living in a small group or harem. It is a fish quite sensitive to water quality, so efficient filtration and regular water changes are essential. It readily eats a varied diet including quality protein and vegetables.
