We are here to offer you a positive experience every step of the way.
Live Animals:
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with the live animal you purchased, we commit to offering you an appropriate solution within one week from the date of purchase. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the safe return of the animal.
Other products:
If a product has a defect or does not meet your expectations, you have two weeks from the date of purchase to return it to us. Simply contact us, and we will ensure a hassle-free return. Please note that for any return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging and accompanied by the invoice.
