The Moonlight Gourami lives up to its name: its silvery body with pearlescent reflections evokes the soft light of the moon. Calm, elegant, and discreet, it is perfect for peaceful community aquariums. Its slow and graceful swimming makes it a true mood-setting fish.

Tips:
Keep in pairs or small groups in an aquarium of 150 L or more, with dense vegetation, shaded areas, and subdued lighting. It also breathes at the surface with its labyrinth organ, so make sure to maintain a calm water surface. It cohabits well with other peaceful and non-aggressive fish. It appreciates a varied diet including flakes, fine granules, brine shrimp, and daphnia.
