Clown Loach (Chromobotia macracanthus)
Recognizable by its black and vivid orange stripes, as well as its playful behavior, the Clown Loach is one of the most popular loaches in aquariums. Sociable and very active in groups, it brings life and animation to the bottom of the aquarium. It's also an excellent snail eater!

Tips:
Keep in groups of 5 individuals or more in a spacious aquarium (minimum 400 L when adult). It likes hiding places, roots, shady areas, and a soft substrate. Although harmless, it can be shy if isolated or stressed. Note: it grows slowly but can reach a large size. Prefers well-oxygenated water and a rich and varied diet: bottom tablets, worms, blanched vegetables, snails, etc.
