Weather loach

The weather loach is an omnivorous fish that can reach 30 cm (12") in length. It gets its name from its erratic behavior during pressure changes caused by storms and thunderstorms.

It is a gregarious fish, living in groups of four (4) or more. Its peaceful nature makes it a good choice for a community tank.

A minimum 100L (30 gallon) aquarium is required. The recommended temperature is 21 to 28°C and the pH should be between 6.5 and 7.4.
