Tiger Barb Albino

The Tiger Barb fish, also known by its scientific name Puntius tetrazona, is a freshwater fish native to Southeast Asia. It measures about 7 cm in length and has an elongated, slender body with a silvery base color and distinctive black stripes resembling zebras. The fins are bright red, with pointed dorsal and anal fins and elongated pelvic fins. Tiger Barbs are lively and active fish, and they tend to swim in groups of 5 individuals or more. They are omnivores and feed on everything from live and frozen foods to flakes and pellets. They need an aquarium of at least 80 liters with adequate filtration and clean water to stay healthy and thrive. They are also compatible with other species of active community aquarium fish. However, Tiger Barbs can become aggressive towards other fish if kept alone or in small numbers, or if they are stressed due to poor living conditions.
